2 Eggs
2 cups Vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
3 tsp Extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
2 cups Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Baking soda
¼ cup Water
1 Banana sliced
- Mix eggs, almond milk, protein powder and banana in a large bowl until smooth.
- Thoroughly spray or coat a large pan with evoo on low.
- Place desired size on the pan and cook on low until one side is golden, then flip.
- Top with agave instead of maple syrup.
