Banana Pancakes

2 Eggs

2 cups Vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)

3 tsp Extra virgin olive oil (evoo)

2 cups Vanilla protein powder

1 tsp Baking soda

¼ cup Water

1 Banana sliced

 

  1. Mix eggs, almond milk, protein powder and banana in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Thoroughly spray or coat a large pan with evoo on low.
  3. Place desired size on the pan and cook on low until one side is golden, then flip.
  4. Top with agave  instead of maple syrup.
