

1. Lay on your stomach with your left arm over the head and palms down on the floor.
2. Wrap the towel around the right ankle and hold it with the right hand behind the head.
3. Tighten the abdominal/core muscles.
4. Pull the heel towards the buttocks and hold for 2-5 seconds.
5. Return and repeat on the opposite side.
