1-2 chicken breast
2 tsp jerk seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
1 bowl of mixed lettuce, washed and shredded
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup blackberries
4 strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp’s honey mustard sauce/dressing
1. Rub chicken with jerk seasoning and grill or sauté with olive oil.
2. Place lettuce in a large bowl.
3. In a large strainer, place all fruit and wash.
4. Add fruit and sliced chicken to the lettuce and top with honey mustard sauce/dressing.
