Meditation Made Easy

Meditation has been shown to do great things for the mind and body, and while a lot of people make it very difficult, long and somewhat tedious, I make it simple and easy for you to create a pleasant surrounding for you to calm your mind and body.

Try these simple steps:

1. Be alone in a quiet room
2. Lay, sit or stand on your head. I don’t care how you are positioned as long as you are comfortable.
3. Close your eyes
4. Smile
5. Breath in deeply through the nose with a smile and breath out of the mouth with a very long shhhhhhhhhh sound
6. Feel your stomach go in and out (not your chest!) with your hands on your stomach.
7. Stay for as long as you want in this position

It’s that easy my friends. If you want to think about something then do it. If you want to think about nothing, then do it. But no matter what you do, make sure you are happy and relaxed.
